Fall Softball 2026

Join us this Fall for Softball with East Nashville Athletics! For those who have been playing, our goal for the Fall league is to build upon the skills and fundamentals already in place. For those who may be new to the game the Fall will be a great time to learn the game and start building the fundamentals before Spring season starts! Below you will see more detailed information about what to expect this year. Girls ages 5-14 are invited to register. Age division assignment will be determined by the player’s age on January 1, 2026.

Registration will be closed on 8/15/2026. Any registrations accepted after this date will be at the discretion of the league, provided additional teams can be supported. A late registration fee would be incurred.

The Fall league will consist of the following:
-At least one practice per week until games start (weather permitting) and potentially one during the week and one on the weekend leading up to the season.
-Once games start there will be one practice per week and a game on Saturday (weather permitting) with the possibility of some games during the week in the evening.
-Fall ENA jersey (the jersey is included in your registration fee and will be distributed to you by ENA Staff and/or your coach at a specified time). Each player is free to wear the athletic shorts/pants they prefer.
Please stay tuned for additional schedule information.
Game and practice schedules will not be available until after teams and coaches have been assigned.
What will each player need to bring? We do encourage you to get your player her own equipment. Please reach out to

Fall Baseball 2026

East Nashville Athletics’ Fall 2026 Baseball season is now open for registration.

Age division assignment will be determined by the player’s age on May 1, 2026 This is what it will be for Spring 2027 season, and in Fall Ball we have the players play up to learn.
5-year-old players can choose between the 4-5 or 5-6 Age Division when registering
. As a general rule of thumb, if your child has never played baseball before we recommend, they select the 4-5 Age Division and not attend an evaluation session.
Registration Cost starts at 155.00 (
covers cost of jersey, hat, insurance, fees for umpires, balls, etc. This fee does not include pants, belt, or socks which players will be responsible.

Tentative Fall Baseball Schedule
Ages 7/8 and up the evaluations will be on early August. Plan on attending one of the sessions. Those in 5-6 coach pitch or 4-5 tee ball do not need to attend evaluations. Coaches, please attend both sessions.
Ages 7/8 and up the season starts late August and ends early October. For 4/5 t-ball and 5/6 coach pitch the season starts early September 9th and ends middle October.
Practice and team selection will be 2 weeks prior to the start of the season.
Games will be on Saturdays for under 7 and Saturday and weekdays for 7 and up.
*Please note that game and practice schedules will not be available until after teams and coaches have been assigned. Head Coaches decide practice schedules.
What will each player need to bring? We do encourage you to get your player their own equipment. Please reach out to

for any assistance needed to gain this equipment. We have a lot of donated used items that are perfectly worn in.

Cheer Team 2026
East Nashville is starting it's 4th season of coed cheerleading during our fall flag football season. We are working on self-esteem, confidence and public projection through the sport of cheering. Athletes will learn cheers, choreography, and basic cheer jumps. We will have practices one weekday and Saturdays until games begin. Once flag football season starts, we will continue a weekday practice and cheer for 60-90 minutes at various Saturday games. All practices and games will be at Stratford HS. This program is a great introduction to the sport of cheer, and as ENA's cheer program progresses, we plan to have additional opportunities for advancement.

Flag Football 2026
East Nashville Athletics 2026 Flag Football season is open for registration.
Flag football is a growing alternative to full-contact football that teaches basic skills and concepts of the game. East Nashville Athletics Flag Football programs are designed to introduce young athletes to the game while providing a safe environment to grow in the sport.
We offer a safe, dynamic, and competitive environment for young athletes to discover and develop the skills and techniques necessary to succeed on both offense and defense. The slate of practices and games ensures that all flag football participants receive comprehensive instruction and gain a keen understanding of the sport.
Registration is open to boys and girls ages 7-14.
We have a waitlist for 15-17and will form teams if we have enough players.
Registration Deadline:
October 1st, 2026
The price will increase after this date.
No additional players will be added once teams are formed.
Evaluations begin:
- Players must attend one of the two evaluation sessions.
Games Begin:
last week of October
Season Ends: Mid -
December - This date could change depending on the total number of players and teams that register.
Cost:
$195- includes a ENA Flag Football Jersey and pocket-less shorts
Any refunds will be applied as account credit minus the cost of uniforms.
