COVID-19 Protocols for Fall 2020

ALL ATTENDEES:

·         In order to minimize the risks of COVID-19 within the ENA community, only Players and Volunteers (coaches, field monitors, ENA Staff, Board Members) will be allowed inside the gates of the ENA fields. Non-volunteer parents or family members will not be allowed entry to the ENA grounds to spectate.

·         Players and Volunteers must enter the ENA fields through the east gate (the gate closest to the railroad bridge).

·         Players and Volunteers must have their temperature taken by an ENA Representative before entering the ENA fields. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4°F will not be allowed inside the grounds. We will allow a temperature retake once within a 3 minute window.

·         Players and Volunteers entering the ENA fields will also be screened for COVID-19 symptoms by an ENA representative by answering the questions below. Anyone answering “yes” to a question will not be allowed inside the grounds.

o   Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

o   Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

o   Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

o   Have you had new loss of taste or smell?

o   Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

·         Players and Volunteers who display any symptoms of illness may not enter the fields. Any volunteer or game official who becomes ill or displays symptoms of illness after arriving at the fields will be asked to leave the premises to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.

·         Players and Volunteers who were asked to leave because they display COVID-19 symptoms may not return until they submit a statement from a health care provider that they have taken a COVID-19 test and received negative results.  That statement must be provided to their league director or the ENA Board of Directors. The statement must verify that the Player’s or Volunteer’s attendance poses no risk to the health of others and is in compliance with Tennessee Department of Health and CDC guidelines.
