*Inclement Weather: In the case of a Saturday rain-out, we plan to use Sunday evening as a make-up date because we want to make sure the kids are getting to play games.  In the case of a weeknight rain-out, we will divide the players into two groups of an hour each at the hangar.
**Age group is based on your players age as of May 1, 2021.  This is to ensure they are playing in the age group that they will participate in for the upcoming Spring season.

Equipment to Bring:
1. Fielding glove - Required
2. Batting helmet - Required - these cannot be shared!
3. Batting gloves - These are not a must, but we will do a lot of swinging so this can help prevent blisters.
4. Bat* - While a bat is not required, it is recommended that each player have their own bat.
*Sharing gear is prohibited see COVID Safety Protocols.

Practice Attire:
1. Pants, not shorts: Players should wear baseball pants or other pants that do not have metal in the legs.  This is so they are able to slide.  Do not wear shorts or jeans!
2. Cleats: While cleats are not required, it will be very difficult without these. Players cannot wear metal cleats.
3. Baseball hat: Every player should wear a hat to all practices.  This is an expectation at all age levels.
4. There will be no “uniforms” for the Fall Skills Camp.

What are the Bat rules for the 2020 Season?
All bats must have USA Baseball stamp and the barrel cannot exceed 2 5/8 inches.  2 ¾ inch barrels will not be allowed.
Please be aware that post-season competition will have varying bat rules. If you want to purchase a bat that will be allowed for all competition, purchase USA Baseball 2-5/8s and no larger.

Can my child wear metal cleats?
No metal cleats
